Beginning in December 2016, we began construction of new and extensive gathering system in Howard County. The Howard County Gathering System serves producers in Howard and Martin counties.
Today, the Howard County Gathering System has over 222 miles of low and high-pressure gathering pipelines along with approximately 32,000 horsepower of new, three-stage compressors located at seven main stations. These compressor stations feed high-pressure gas to the Spraberry Gathering System through a new 38-mile, 16-inch high-pressure pipeline that gathers rich gas for ultimate delivery to our Midland Basin Processing Complex.
The Howard County Gathering System connects to a new 35-mile, 20-inch loop of the existing Spraberry high-pressure pipeline for redelivery of gas to the Midland Basin Processing Complex which has carbon dioxide treating and nitrogen rejection capabilities.
